Nah, it's just the connection to the PS3. My comp., as well as my roommate's comp. are working fine. In fact, his 360 is connecting to live, but neither of us can figure out how to get my PS3 to connect atm. I'll keep at it, I guess. Maybe it's just being stubborn or something. Thanks, Viper.

Press "R1" on the PS3 controller to set the video quality to "Auto" if you have video stuttering problems. If the problem persists and your PS3 is connected to the Internet wirelessly, try connecting it to your router directly with an Ethernet cable.
My son's PS3 is 'connected' to my home network. I have two old (3 yrs) Dell PCs and his PS3. They all worked fine until a storm 2 days ago. Now, the PCs connect to the internet but the PS3 gives "DNS error" and will not connect. Sony tells me the PS3 "cannot recognize my modem". BS.
