For more than six hours now my phone will not make or receive calls and will not send or receive text messages. The strange part is that my internet capabilities are solid (nor using WiFi). I've never had issues in my area, I always have service at home so this is incredibly strange. My zip is 40228 if that helps. My phone just did this today and I have not upgraded or changed the plan. Line works on outside box but no dial-tone inside, just a fuzzy noise. I have the Verizon DSL wireless router and the internet works.
