Hi, Thanks for letting us know about the issue that you are experiencing. In order to change your email address to your Roku account, you will need to sign into my.roku.com and then update your information under the Account information section then selecting Save Changes. The address only shows on the payment information tab. Delete the payment method which shows the old address. Re-enter payment method with new address.
